He has swapped his suit that he got at birth for some new threads including a brand new wardrobe from Versace. He knows more about girls than most guys would ever want to know and will help the gay penguins learn how to pick up chicks.

Fred has received social security for the past 30 years and has never held down a stable job in his life. He lives with his elderly mother (who still supports him financially) and spends his days watching Dr.Phil, Oprah and the occassional adult entertainment. We're not sure what Fred is going to offer the gay penguins other than the art of eating your own weight in steak in a single sitting.
