I loved this pizza I used to get in New Jersey on the Boardwalk and it had ricotta cheese and mozzarella on it w/o sauce.
My other faves are green pepper and black olives or pepperoni and sausage.
A friend suggested chicken with bbq sauce (instead of the standard pizza sauce) with mozzarella cheddar and jack blend for the cheese. Hope the suggestion helps.
