Well, my take on it is this...
I heard Scott Stapp say on an interview of something that when they were tired, they would say "Ah man, I'm really weathered." He also said something about how they would say that during touring and stuff. So the song could be about that. I think it could also be about just being tired from life in general, and how all the crap people have to put up with can really tear you down physically and emotionally. It could be something along those lines... maybe?
