The oscillating universe theory is not a theory at all, only an appealing philosophical speculation. Thus far, you have failed to scientifically disprove the existence of God with science. You are no philosopher, and neither am I. Your not so smart after all, calling that a theory that no reliable astro-physicist would accept.

I hold to the JuAn 2 celled Cephalic-Vacuum theory. When you have 2 functioning neurons remaining in any given brain, they fight with each other.

http://home.houston.rr.com/apologia/sec8p2.htm (Protestant web site, has good scientific sources, cosmology, and and pretty pics and diagrams) The oscillating universe “theory” is mentioned in there.

In post 11 you name drop “Richard Carrier” but give no accessible information as to who he is. Richard Carrier is a revisionist historian and he proves this with his book “Kooks and Quacks of the Roman Empire: A Look Into the World of the Gospels”. He denies the existence of miracles then and now. To a person who has faith, no evidence is nessary, to a person who has no faith, no amount of evidence will suffice. It won’t matter how much or how many miracles or how well they have been medically proven by specialists, you will refuse to believe them. It’s your choice. The word “choice” has an interesting Greek origin.

Miracles existed then and they exist today.

Post 24 you said,
Quote: thats great a smug catholic and an atheist who doesn't know philosophy thats just great. where do you dig this stuff up

A smug Catholic? You call this a discussion? Oh, I get it now. No name calling for members, but for anybody else it's open season. Good. Richard Carrier is a false intellectualist cult leading shaman who has to resort to historical lies to support his flat-earthisms.
(referring to post 20 - 21)
“This stuff” demolishes your position, and you have no intelligent response. Thus, the insult. That is what you always do in here when you are challenged with something you can't refute, then you pound your chest and say nobody has anything to say to you.

Apolonio Latar is a “smug” high school student. His smugness can be found here: http://apolonio.blogspot.com/2004_08...o_archive.html
He eats the best atheist cereal for breakfast. Creepy Crunch I think. Would you like to debate him? Maybe I can arrange it for ya. Or you can offer an open challenge right here. Your a big shot. I am sure some smug Catholic high school student would be no match for your terrorist tactics.

Yeah I read that article too sad isn't it? An atheist has to be senile before they start to believe in god

This is where the fun stops. You assume that all 81 year olds are senile, and display prejudice towards the elderly. That is unacceptable. Anti-Catholic bigotry is culturally acceptable, but here you resort to age discrimination in a perverted attempt to dismiss my post. Now what is the name of that book title about atheists having morals? You remember, the one you name dropped as if a book title would dismiss someone.

Here’s my reply, following your style of discussion:
I already saw that web when I searched for Richard Carrier ( you were too lazy to post any link to him, and accuse everbody of not responding) and I puked.

Quote: Why is it that No_fixd_address has not yet replied to the link I posted? Why is it that I have yet to get a reaction to the article I linked to? Is it that you guys don’t really care about anything an atheist has to say? Or is it because I will not respond to intellectually dishonest reasoning and claims of the existence of a god? Clue me in here.
Because I have a life. Your like to bully everyone, you don’t give replies to any yourself. Itellectually dishonest reasoning? That’s a cliché you learned from your atheist gurus, you really don’t know what it means, yet you do it on every other post. You can’t even spell it correctly. Clearly you are a ***** and a ******, and of course a ******.

Quote: I think it is great that No_fixd_address is posting “Fictional” arguments that paint the atheist as a dumb fuck and have the catholic make assumptions and show no course on how they came to their conclusion. It just affirms the fact that the theists/Christian argument for a god is based on junk science at best.

Your so funny, I almost fell off my chair!!!
The oscillating universe is as junky as you can get. Name one phsyicist with an accredited degree that buys that crap. You like it because it is convenient for your belief system and it sounds impressive. It's propagated by those atheist cult leaders and shamans who get their "degrees" from diploma mills.

What I posted is clearly posted as fictitious. There is no deception. The deception has been created in your mind, now is there no creation, or is there no mind? If we were to do a scientific opinion poll 1000 people of a variety of religions and no religions, and upon reading that fictitious debate, would a majority concur with you? NOT!

The rules say no obscenities. Bye bye atheist a*****e.(1)

Quote: yeah you've posted that quote before.
and what does this have to do with the topic at hand??

Is that a question, or an insult?

And now we arrive at the last of the thread. What does science and religion have to do with the topic at hand? Are you serious, or are you overdosing? Do you duck at thunderclaps? How many times have YOU used the word "GOD" and "SCIENCE", and don't know what 'this (the big red letters. its right up there, scroll up in case you forgot by now) has to do with the topic'? I have been on boards and chat rooms for 7 years, and I have never seen such a chronic display of h*p******. (2) You know dam well what it has to do with the topic at hand. You are afraid of truth. thats why you had to dump on my thread "Owning the truth?". You are so scared, you wouldn't go past the first 2 lines.

Now, do you want to discuss REAL philosophy so we can learn from each other, or do you just like to pick on people like a discussion board thug?
