Sleep? This has been a mystery to me since I was a kid. Sometimes I have Insomnia for weeks on end, and then it seems all I want to do is sleep. It's weird. On average I get 4-5 hours of sleep cuz I can't fall asleep for awhile. One natural remedy that has worked is called "Valerian Root". I have GNC order it in pure liquid form and use about 100mg about an hour before I go to bed. So far, that's the only that helps me sleep without giving me that "hangover" feeling like sleeping pills do. Valerian Root os safe to mix with alcohol (within reason kids
whocares ) and tastes better with tea and honey than it does straight.
My "other" natural remedy seems to help a lot too.
