I renewed my subscription for CreedINK some time ago and was told that I would be receiving a CreedINK calendar along with the CreedINK magazine.

Steve are you talking about the Issue No. 4 Magazine. I received mine some time ago - I think in January. I'm just waiting for the calendar.
