Welcome, i know it's not easy...it took me the whole December to get use to the idea that i had to work out again, what i think it's the most difficult part for me even i used to hit the gym 6 times a week years ago when i was bodybuilder. But now i do a 1.30 work out 5 times a week at the afternoon and eating with control and no anxiety.....i hope my friend can see me in shape soon
