jbjfan: To get an avatar, go into your User CP and look for the Edit Avatar option on the left. It's self-explanatory. For a custom avatar you need to upload a picture, either from your hard drive or from your server. I believe the picture can be no more than 100 x 100 pixels.
Does jbj stand for Jon Bon Jovi?
