It's named after a misheard lyric from Jimi Hendrix it is "Excuse me ... while I kiss the sky" and it was misheard as "Excuse me... while I kiss this guy"... 
I went to misheard Creed lyrics...  I really LMAO on the misheard lyrics of WTLF!! Just check it out! I loved it!
