~~well at the momeant Flustrated i have not smoked since thursday  I can peform all things with christ who gives me streneth HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA its time for yet another touch  im not crazy i promise Its time For me to quit smoking And My God Is Slowly Taken Theme Away So so this is like the forth day and next time we can get to 6 or 7 days so yes its smoke day !!!!
