They sold some equipment to the Iraqi government like missle scramblers and night vision goggles etc... It is against the UN agreement PLUS, they have make peace with the US after the Cold War. But it seems to me they are being traders, they are hard up for money so they go where it is available!!! Boy I bet Bush won't be having Putin over for some BBQ in Texas again!!!
