UGH!!!! I hate having the roles reversed and being the "patient" I had to go to the hospital today for pre- surgery testing and waited around in 3 different offices for 3 hours!!!!!!! They took so much blood from me my one vein collapsed and they had to stick me again. I do not want to go to surgery next week!!!!
