Actually it isn't really like Trainspotting, except for the fact that it's about tweekers. The basic premiss of the movie is a guy's wife is killed by some drug dealers and he evolves into the tweeker lifestyle to try to seek revenge for his wife's murder. Can't say anymore without giving away parts of the story. It's really good though.
The movie ends with Tantric's song "Mourning" which really fits the ending. "Burn It Down" fits in great in the beginning and right before the end of the movie.
