Well, the only way to know is to take the chance and ask her out. If it's meant to be, it's meant to be. You'll drive yourself crazy wondering all the time if you don't ask her. And yeah, it'll hurt like hell if she says no, but at least you'll know and you can move on. You have to be willing to take the chance.
