Hmm...these lyrics sound more like Alter Bridge lyrics than Creed lyrics. I always found Creed's lyrics were a lot deeper, whereas Alter Bridge was more about jamming out. In the case of this song, it doesn't sound very deep lyrically, but it's got a great overall sound.
