I'm glad you're feeling better, LOM. I think it's also a very good thing that you told your mom, Julie's right, that's a great first step. I understand that you have to do what's right for you about going to see someone but I just want to share with you some of my own experiences. I've gone to a therapist and I can honestly say it's made a world of difference in my life. I understand that it's scary but if one person doesn't seem to be helpng you, you might need to find someone that you're comfortable with. It might take seeing a few people until you find the right person that can help but in the long run, I don't think you'll regret it. That's just been my experience and I wish you all the best.
