30 crunches
30 leg lifts
35 second plank hold

Did an hour of circuit training this morning... high cardio


Day 10

50 situps
30 crunches
30 leg lifts
38 second plank hold

Day 11

55 situps
65 crunches
33 leg lifts
42 second plank hold
