you take a screenshot using the "Print Screen" key over by your pause key. then you open up a photo editing program, even Paint works, and hit Crtl+V (or go to Edit-Paste) and it should paste the whole screen in there. then do a little cutting and pasting into a new file and badabing, you're good to go
