I bake lots and lots of cookies that I give away as gifts. My list is pretty long, but here are a few:
Mint chocolate chip cookies
Vanilla/Cinnamon crispies
Russian teacakes
Lemon poppy seed cookies (YUM)
Toffee bars
Peanut butter criss-crosses
Peanut butter kisses
Peanut butter balls...the list goes on...I LOVE TO BAKE...Plus, I usually make fudge to accompany the cookie platters.
