I know that you don't know how to say those Å, Ä or Ö, but it's okay, the most people who don't speaks english just say A or O when they see Å, Ä, Ö. So just go for "Lith ar sot", even if it's not really, really right. If you say it to somebody who talks Swedish that person WILL understand!
