Welcome to the board, Greg. The song is actually called To Whom It May Concern and you're right, it's not on any of their CD's. It's a b-side or something. It could possibly be a bonus track to Human Clay but not on my copy. I got the song so long ago I honestly don't remember from where it came. Sorry I'm not more help. You can try to type that name in to whatever program you use, or if some kind soul here has it, perhaps they can give it up. I don't even think it's on my harddrive anymore.
