It means: "Damn, that's low. Hi Lithium, that lives in town". She's/He's also from Stockholm, Sweden. She's/He's siggy means: "Live until you die". I don't know who this person is, I might have been in contact with her/him. I'm one of the biggest Creed freaks in Sweden and people from Sweden often asks me questions about the band (over the Internet). Anyway it's nice to have another Swede here.
