Hey everyone,
Yeh, whoever's pursuing this lawsuite should definitely give it up. When you go to a Creed concert, you pay to see Creed, and the fans that were there saw Creed, no matter how intoxicated Scott Stapp was, or how dodgy the performance was.
Oh well.
