Another poem
I was doing some writing this afternoon and wrote the following poem:
Revelation
I see things
in a new and
different light
I see hope and freedom
where there once
was only a glimmer of both
It helps give
me strength to
continue the fight
It renews my spirit
and energizes my
soul to new heights

I was selfish, but you still loved me
You gave the greatest gift of all
And you set me free
