Did I hear "entire site upgrade"????
The newer versions of vBulletin are pretty cool... We used one in an old site I was a moderator on (that no longer exists) and my larger spiritual sanctuary is on the latest version of it now. It's pretty cool even if you don't get all of the extra bells and whistles.
