A man that understands that God creates elect and reprobate ones, and that the elect cannot lose their salvation, and then kill another man because of theological disagreement has just lost the salvation which he has never acquired.

Either Calvin is our brother or Servetus...
Calvin persecuted like the pharisees, Servetus was persecuted like Christ.

"Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. "
Matthew 23:28

"For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. "
Matthew 5:20

"Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. "
Matthew 7:15

"Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. "
Matthew 10:16

We are sheep in the midst of wolves and we must be ready to get who are the wolves among us. When they speak something good, acknowledge their words as good, but don't acknowledge them as good, because they speak and do not. Remember that by the fruits we know which tree is good and which tree is corrupt, and not by the words.

It's really important to be wise as serpents, and to know the trees... Because the wolves are out there wearing our clothing, plotting to kill us inside and make us like them.

We're not living in the times of Christ anymore, of course the pharisees will take now the label "Christian" upon themselves and say "We are disciples of Christ!". Outwardly History is always changing, but inwardly it is always the same history.
