A Patient's Dream...
One of my patients made me laugh again... I treated her pain for her the before she slept. I watched her all night to make sure she was okay and stable while she slept.
The next morning I entered her room just as she was waking...I said to her "Well Good Morning"...she smiled and said, "Good Morning" "I had a dream about you last night." "You and I were on this beach in the sun having a wonderful time when a storm approached, she said but the storm didn't touch us, It was raining all around us..but never touched us." She said then you leaned over to me and said, "Do you need something for pain?" HaHa! funny...love it!
