I didn't get to see any of the Live Earth stuff, but I appreciate the effort to get people thinking about being more green. There are so many things individuals can do to make a difference, but their laziness and desire for convenience outweigh any push for conservation and reining in the trash. I know so many people who refuse to reuse or recycle, and in many places, it's the law, but no one ever gets prosecuted. Everyone seems to have the idea that because he or she is just one person, their acts won't affect the environment. The problem is, there are millions with that same attitude, and thus, it begins with us. Sounds corny, but it's true.
