I don't have Quake 4 but I am a Quake 1 diehard! I still play the original Quake online all the time. You should come join us play. There's still enough people playing it to get some great games, but new faces would rock
I'm working on a website with some friends to promote the Quake 1 community! Quake 1 isn't as flashy, ovbiously, as the newer games but it has the best control and gameplay ever (IMO). Nothing compares to it. Just like My Own Prison is Creed's best album - the first and original is always the best
On a side note, anyone ever try the new game F.E.A.R. ?? That's an awsome multiplayer game!
