Stapp and stalker news

from launch.yahoo.com ____:
(10/1/02, 5 p.m. ET) -- A Creed fan was arrested on Saturday night (September 28) in Oklahoma City for violating a restraining order issued on behalf of singer Scott Stapp. The fan, Tamera Jeanine Andrade, a 35-year-old Oklahoma City resident, was arrested Saturday night just outside Oklahoma City's Ford Center. She was found with a ticket to the show, a copy of the restraining order, and a page from an address book with Stapp's home address when police picked her up outside the arena.

Oklahoma Police Department Public Information Officer Sgt. Charles Phillips told LAUNCH, "Prior to the concert, Scott Stapp had told police captain Pat Byrne that he had a valid victims protective order against the woman. Byrne then spoke with two retired FBI agents who had been hired to work for Mr. Stapp. They confirmed that she had been seen outside the area of the Ford Center. She was spotted a short time later and when she was approached they asked her where she was going and she told them she was going to the concert. She was then arrested for violation of victim's protective order."

According to the restraining order, Andrade was not to come within 500 feet from any building or facility where Stapp might be. As of press time she was still being held on bond, which is set for $2,000.
