Well, I would have to guess that not answering isn't gonna cure the problem. Something tells me that the alleged terrorists won't be like "oh, no body is home? oh well, i guess we can not blow them up, that is fine"... still, it's sick that people do this. prisons overcrowded? kill 'em all. treason oughta be punishable by death.
