Kris, if you are booking a room for yourself, just give them your credit card number to hold the room, tell them you are with the Creedfeed Group and when you'll be coming in (Thursday or Friday). I think they'll probably ask if you prefer one King or two Queen sized beds, but that's pretty much it.
