I'd say One is a pretty easy song, since most of it is power chords. I don't think Weathered is that hard either, since it only repeats one riff on multiple guitars.

I use Sygate Pro, but I've noticed that it tends to make Internet Explorer garble a lot of images for some reason. I don't see any decrease in connection speed, though.

Really? For me, Higher was a pretty easy song to learn. The hardest part was getting the verse to sound close enough to the way Tremonti plays it, and getting the notes to sound properly in the intro.

I'd say they're overrated, but I wouldn't necessarily say they suck. Linkin Park actually has quite a few good songs, but they use so many digital tricks that you lose sense of their talent.
