Now I don't agree with throwing things at artists, but ...

Someone threw an unidentified object at Fred Durst towads the end of their set in New York and made him bleed profusely from the head! He had to get treated at a hospital after the show:

i have to agree there steve, even though he has ditched
on scott and creed, thats one of the last things any artist
should have to worry about is to have to look out for
something being projected at them and even more so
for artists who have pyro in there shows they have to worry
more about that and where there standing when the explosives
go off.
i was at livestock one year, and lynard skynard was getting set
up well everyone backed off the stage and was getting more beer
ect,so we where going to go to the front of the stage while we
could but im glad we changed are minds cause when they started
playing not sure which guy did it but one of the guys kicked a
2x4 off the stage and hit alot of people that were in the front
and sent them too the hospital.
but i still think this is terrible that someone throwed something
and hit him bet that ruined everyone who bought a tickets night.

Leader of Men 11-25-2003 06:37 PM

I'm not the biggest Limp Bizkit fan but no one deserves that... He was just preforming, no one needs to throw something at him :eyebrow:

i don't like Fred but really that is not on, when your not safe on stage there are some serious problems.

Bridge of Clay 11-25-2003 08:18 PM

oh, sorry for that, guys... I thought you'd like it! ;)

Bridge of Clay 11-25-2003 08:19 PM

hide 11-25-2003 08:38 PM

singer in mark's new band? um i don't think so!

Creed_Defaultgirl 11-25-2003 08:44 PM

DON'T EVER EVER EVER EVER SAY THAT AGAIN, TREMONTI_FED!!!!!! Your killing me with those harsh words! I know that it's not right that someone did that, and I would hate for that to happen to any Creed guys, but to be honest, I laughed my head off when I only read the title of this post! Like someone else said, what goes around comes around! Maybe he will choose the right way before his life is over.

Dogstar 11-26-2003 12:22 PM

Heh, poor Fred. I do feel bad, though, that he's not safe on stage. Not for nothing, but he brings this kind of crap on himself...He even came up at the Primus show I went to last night. Some idiot was flipping off Les Claypool and he was like...take that sh*t to somewhere where it will be appreciated, like a Limp Bizkit show...I LMAO!
