Woo Hoo! Dogstar:dancing: Way to go girl!

I want to go for a walk but it is 100+ degrees again today:eek:

Yeah, it was wicked hot, Julie...about 90 and kind of humid, but I really wanted to get out and move a little :dancing:. I sweat like crazy, but it felt good! I don't blame you for staying out of the 100+ weather. That can be dangerous even if you're healthy. I just took it very slowly so I didn't overheat.

Good idea Dogstar;) I have my cousin from Ohio visiting and we have been taking water with us when we go for walks cuz of the intense heat here:eek:

Same here. I had a quart of it and I drank the whole thing in less than an hour :eek:.

LOL, yeah, working nights will do that to you, hehehehe. I go to bed around 4 or 5 a.m. so my 8 hours just comes a little later than most :D.

That's so ironic, Dogstar. While you're going to sleep at 4 or 5 am, I'm waking up and starting my day at that time.
