Incubus Video On MTV
 

The members of Incubus are disappointed but hardly devastated by MTV's treatment of the video for "Megalomaniac," the first single from their new album A Crow Left Of The Murder. The cable channel is playing the video, but has relegated it to late-night showings only, without specifying a reason. Frontman Brandon Boyd says it could be because of images of Adolf Hitler are peppered throughout the video, while guitarist Mike Einziger jokes that it might be because "for the first time, our singer has his shirt on for an entire video."

Wow, I'm shocked and stunned!! I didn't think MTV played videos anymore. I can't remember the last time I actually saw a video on that channel.

I know, I just hate it when they don't remove their clothes!! lol....Brandon is one of those guys that usually takes it off!! I can't believe he didn't!! I think at both of the concerts of theirs I went to, he eventually took his shirt off!! I was always sooo disappointed at the Creed shows I went to, Scott never took his off!! and I kept waiting and waiting for it, but he never did!!! :crying: :D

i remember MTV banned Disturbed's "Prayer" video because they thought the falling rumble resembled 9:11 too much

I heard they banned all the "sexually oriented" videos and they are only showing them after 10:30. The only thing I could see them banning it is b/c of Hitler, otherwise than that, I don't know.

I think their new stuff sounds awesome. I thought the video was crazy, just alot going on in it. Megla... is a good song I think.
