Well, in my car cd player, which is the most important one since I listen to music usually when I'm in my car is a mix of Creed, a probable setlist for the upcoming show in Sacramento
In my home cd player, a 3 cd changer, I have "Magnification" by YES, "The Vanishing Race" by Air Supply, and a "Best of Mix" of The Outfield. It's a mix I personally burned from all of their cds. They are a great band! |

|

OK, I've switched to the 5-changer:

Right now I have Nickelback - The State in my comp CD drive and in my car CD player I have Theory of a Dead Man's new cd. I have nothing in my stereo CD changer at the moment.

I gave my Creed mix to my friend's daughter. I had dinner at their place last night and got to talking about concerts. I told them I was seeing Creed and the 12 year old remarked, "Oh, I love Creed." So, I pulled the setlist mix out of my car stereo and gave it to her. Easy to burn another.
Now, U2 is in my car player. I made a wonderful mix of all their slow songs. Songs like... Bad With or Without You All I Want is You One Stay Kite October Heartland Running to Stand Still Mothers of the Disappeared Love Comes Tumbling Love Rescue Me Tomorrow So Cruel It's a really nice cd. It's kinda hard to listen all the way through. I mean, I love each and every song, but since they're so slow, I eventually need a pick-me-up. So, I forsee another change soon, something a little more on the headbangin' side. :banghead: |
That is the most awesome smilie I've seen so far. I missed that one and it is perfect to use when posting sometimes.;)
|
Nice U2 mix, Altair, but I agree, it might be too slow, even for me. I love All I Want Is You. Such a beautiful tune.
|
i like U2 too...:jam:
|
I Will Follow is one of my personal favs.
|
That's a great tune. I also love Pride. When I listen to it, it goes full blast. Bloody Sunday also is a good one.
Tonight, though, I'm in an Alice In Chains mood. Have Dirt blasting in the portable. |
i like Beautiful Day..well, that's about the only one i have heard. but their cool..Bono's da man, along with Scotty of course!
|
Bono has great eyes, just like Scott does. I'm a sucker for beautiful eyes.
|
ha ha same here..big beautiful eyes that u look into and can just see right through to their souls...ahhh i love eyes.

I totally love Nickelback. Chad Kroeger sings what he knows. His father left his mother when he was just little. His father was a loser! His mother raised he and his brother on her own. He has a tremendous respect for single mothers. I love Chad almost as much as SS. |
I like Nickelback, too. I have Silver Side Up and I love the song Never Again. Such an emotional tune. My fave Nickelback song is Leader of Men. I just love the harmonies in that one.
There's nothing in my CD player at this moment, but there will be shortly. I have much housework to do and need some good inspiring cleaning music. :D |
Nirvana - You Know You're Right
YES!!! FINALLY!!! |
I know, Jango, isn't it GREAT??? My local station claimed to be the first to play it before it could be played and I heard it in the car. I went straight to my record store to reserve my copy of the box set. I can't wait. There's something about Kurt's voice that always moves me. I so wish he were still here.

That's a pretty good compilation, some of their slower songs are definately the best. But they do get a bit boring without some of the faster ones. I couldnt go without 'sunday bloody sunday.' |
