Tooth paste and salsa on rye
Tooth paste and onion on wheat
Tooth paste and sardines on pumpernickel
Tooth paste and mustard on white

I wouldn't want to try the tooth paste and mustard on white....... too many calories.

you can use low-fat toothpaste
