Dang! I'm friggen getting tired :eek: I got in 6 miles of walking today, so I have walked about 26 miles since Monday :)

Feeling a little stiff. went to the chiropractor today so he could crack all the stress out of my back. I do feel much better!

I don't have any aches or pains except for my mouth right now but I've had a couple of long, busy days so a massage would be a real treat right now. :D

It's not painful at all and believe it or not I do feel better when I get off the table!

Thanks, Kris.:hugs: The dentist isn't my favorite person to see either unless it's for a cleaning or a simple filling. I've had people tell me the root canal was more painful for them but with the two that I've had, the crown has always been more painful. Two more visits and it will be done!!

Some of my family have gone to a chiropractor too and they've said the same thing. I guess it just sounds like it would be painful.

I'm feeling a sense of accomplishment, I got my room cleaned tonight :D
