Try loading up on Vitamin C, I went to a show once not feeling well and I 2 or 8 drinks. It helped!:dorky:

tired... worked @ 8:00 this morning... my eyes were watering like crazy basically the first 4 hrs or so i was there, and still do every now and then... not sure if it's the crappy cold i have (evidently it's moved to my eyes) or that combined with a lack of sleep (only 5 uncomfortable hrs last night)
