Day of the Dead

It's such a rainy day in Mexico
Ain't no love around
As the jaguar is bitting
People cower aloud

Oh and how they huddle
In this jungle of sound
Say goodbye and farewell
Love was to late to be found

The ants are bitting
On this pyramid of hollowed ground
The churchbell is ringing
Your God is nowhere to be found

The drizzle of leaves soak up the sun
The hurricane flys right by my head
And I'm still lost for love
Because no one is bitting

Such a lonely day in Mexico
Ain't no love around
I hear the birds chirping
As I swim along this lake alone

And it's so green
So green
Like an emerald

Today is the day of the dead
The day I live in your memory
Out of respect
No blood spilled is worth forgeting
No matter the cause, No matter the effect

So live like you wan't to keep on living
And don't become indifferent
Follow your dreams instead and
You'll find love in time

Skeletons are dancing
On this, the day of the dead
I'm told emeralds are pricey
But all I hear is the dead

Audios
To my amigo
Sincerely, goodbye

Just let me finish by saying
I loved you

And I won't judge you
If you don't look back
While I drown
