for me, it's a star. Named one for my best friend through the star registry.... it's something she wont lose, it cannot be taken away by anyone, and it will last forever, as long as the stars exist.

A positive pregnancy test. That's how we told my Mom we were going to have a baby. Gave it to her for Christmas.

My voice. I have sung for friends at their weddings as part of their wedding gifts :D.

Yeah, Alisha, Mom was a little confused at first. Like "What do I do with this?" But then when she realized it wasn't really something for her to use, she realized what it was and why we gave it to her she cried.
