trying to get all my caffine down this morning... mes need my shower to gets all refreshed

i dont feel all here today, im still in my pyjamas and need to have a shower but dont seem to have enough energy to do so.

:) i love to stay in my pj,s ohs goodness you can drag yourself in their later, gets you lit sponge or scrubby buddy...i have a whale , and you fave gels and shampoos and soaps and like your most comfotrables bath robe .... :) trying to give ya a shower pep talk and set the mood haaaaaaaaa

hehe thanx sis, i managed to drag myself away from the computer and had a shower, i feel a little more refreshed now. :)

Sick. I think I have the flu or something. Nasty sore throat and achy all over :(
