Terrible, terrible analogy. This guy stole his website design and claiming it to be his and not giving any credit. If anything, you can compare this to Scott Stapp and Eddie Vedder since you're a troll. :)

No. I'm saying that it does suck when your website gets stolen, but if you had d/l'ed music, than can you really complain, since this guy does to you what you did to others?
May sound harsh, but it's mostly an observation.

OK, lemme explain to you: both are cases of theft of intellectual property.
The band invested time and money to record a song, and you just d/led it without paying or asking for it.
Steve spend time and money making teh website, and other gusy just took it without paying or asking.
Just because stealing musicis trivial and everyone does it, does not change the fact that it is still theft, just like stealing web sites.

Once a month I spend a good deal of time going through my site logs to fine things like this (or people stealing my bandwidth by direct linking to files they shouldn't be, etc.). Since the guy left image calls and direct links to my server, the requests appear in my logs.
