White milk makes me sick, so I drink a lot of chockolte milk.

I think white milk is nasty:eek: I don't drink it that much either:embarass: I'm gonna need to take calcium pills when I get older so my bones don't fall apart:eek:

You are so good about drinking water. Everyone on this board is, and I am soooo bad about it.

I was like that for a while Carrie:) I used to drink only pop all the time untill I just got sick of drinking the stuff:eek: I love drinking water it makes ya feel really good:dancing: Plus I've lost all the weight I gained over the winter by not drinking it to:bounce:

I am going to have to get some flavored water or something. I need to start drinking water. Sheila, did you ever find any good ones?

Carrie, Poland Springs have some flavored sparkling water in different flavors you might want to try. They have orange, lime, lemon and raspberry. I'm not sure if you will like it or not but give it a shot. When I went grocery shopping yesterday I also got some Ocean Spray CranGrape Juice that's 100% juice, no sugar or corn syrup added. It's good and although it's not water, it is healthier than drinking soda. I'll let you know if I find anything else, Carrie.

If you want a really great flavored water, get the Propel fitness water from Gatorade:dancing: The flavors are really good! They have berry, lemon lime(I think), and kiwi strawberry! They might have more flavors but those are the ones I have seen:P

I am having coke now, but earlier i tried the Rolling Rock beer off of that list, and YUCK. It is gross. I couldn't drink even one. I have 5 left, too so I am probably going to take them to my boss. LOL!
