That's hard...I think there should be a rule that if someone doesn't get the answer in a certain amount of days we can move on to another song |
Quote:
The above that I posted was Rated X by Loretta Lynn or you could of said the cover by The White Stripes. |
k here's the next song:
On a Monday, I am waiting Tuesday, I am fading And by Wednesday, I can't sleep Then the phone rings, I hear you And the darkness is a clear view Cuz you've come to rescue me Fall... With you, I fall so fast I can hardly catch my breath, I hope it lasts I say that we should switch to a new song if someone hasn't got it 3 days after it's posted....I'm not sure what an acceptable number would be so I just threw one out. |
Ashlee Simpson... Pieces of me... :D
NEXT : You get your lust from the rich man's gold, All that you need now is in your soul, And you can do this, oh baby, if you try... All that I want for you my son, Is to be satisfieeeeeeed... |
Ashlee Simpson? No wonder I didn't know it. :D
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Simple Man NEXT: Don't even try to understand What goes on inside this man As a boy I used to dream Cuz sometimes life ain't what it seems We used to dance under moonlight But then the tears began to fall And baby that ain't right |
Lol Smilin! ;)
Misery Loves Company by Mike Ness... NEXT: Sit here on the stairs, 'Cause I'd rather be alone... If I can't have you right now, I'll wait dear Sometimes, I get so tense... But I can't speed up the time, But you know, love, there's one more thing to consider... :smokin: |
Patience by Guns n Roses
NEXT: She lit a burner on the stove and offered me a pipe "I thought you'd never say hello," she said "You look like the silent type." Then she opened up a book of poems And handed it to me Written by an Italian poet From the thirteenth century. And every one of them words rang true And glowed like burnin' coal Pourin' off of every page Like it was written in my soul from me to you .... |
Wow. This thread came back. I thought it was gone forever. No one's posted in it since August.

Guess no one knew that this is from Bob Dylan's "Tangled Up In Blue." Someone can put the next song if they like. :) |
Something easy...here i go:
"I feel irrrational so confrontational to tell the truth i am getting away with murder it is impossible to never tell the truth but the reality is i am getting away with murder" :) :) :) :) |
Getting Away With Murder ~ Papa Roach
|
Piece of advice Trimontana, you really shouldn't put the line in the song thats the same as the title. It just keeps it a bit harder.
Try this: Love can be so heartless when you turn out the lights A mutual surrender in the heat of the night Life's an empty picture when your living alone Maybe that's the reason every heart needs a home. (I love this song!) H-D :pimp: |
Soldier Of Love ~ Donny Osmond
|
I guess I better post a lyric too, eh, just to keep the game going?
Oh let the sun beat down upon my face, stars to fill my dream I am a traveler of both time and space, to be where I have been To sit with elders of the gentle race, this world has seldom seen They talk of days for which they sit and wait and all will be revealed |
I think I just figured out why this thread died...
H-D :pimp: |
I Fell :D  In To A Ring Of Fire And It Burns Burns The Ring Of Fire The Ring Of Fire I Fell In To A Burning Ring Of Fire I Went Down Down And The Flames Went Higher And It Burns Burns The Ring Of Fire The Ring Of Fire
|
Ring of Fire - Johnny Cash written by June
NEXT: ...All across the town, all across the night Everybody's driving with full headlights Black or white turn it on, face the new religion Everybody's sitting 'round watching television! ... |

here is some new life for you......
tune it in. chill out. drop dead. I need a fix. (repeated over and over and over) |
That is Static-X. Fix is the name?
If so, here is the next one. If not just ignore it. I'm looking for the original artist, but if it has been recorded on an album I'll take the cover artist as well. "They pick me up and put me in the county jail They pick me up and put me in the county jail Wouldn't even let my woman come and go my bail Now, I'm in prison, but I almost did my time Now, I'm in prison, but I almost did my time They give me six months, but I had to work out nine" |

Yeah, people don't seem to always know mine. :D

Don't kid yourself And don't fool yourself This love's too good to last And I'm too old to dream Don't grow up too fast And don't embrace the past This life's too good to last And I'm too young to care Don't kid yourself And don't fool yourself This life could be the last And we're too young to see |
