I worked out twice on Tuesday and about killed myself :eek: So I skipped yesterday and went today. I'm gonna go out tomorrow and Saturday to, maybe Sunday as well :D

Ugh! I never run :eek: I hate running for some reason! I do the treadmill, I just set it at a really fast walk and I do an ab and torso machine, this thing that works the back muscles, and the excersise bikes and stuff like that. Plus I walk out there a lot to workout and its a 2 mile walk each way. I do crunches at night and sometimes in the mornings to.

oh, that's all good. i could sprint all day. i am a good sprinter, but my long distance running sucks.

yeah, crunches are good, especially if you use weights.

I need to get some weights ;)

A little upset. Got a bill for $430 for a scan that was done when I had the kidney stone. I wasnt aware that I would get one. I'm figuring out how much will be covered by medicare. I have school fees! Around $400 worth! AAAUUUHHH!!!:crying:
