^ yeh....and people like MArk and Flip and rest.......................they influence people a lot..............and so people may even take up smoking just seeing em smoke............ imean.........i couldnt resist the smoke after watching the movie Constantine...........may be because i was feellin kinda same as the character of Jhon constantine in the movie............i smoked just because of watchin that movie........which i have resisted for all my collage life.........hehehehe

Celeberties are not entiteled to privacy, that they gave up when they became famous... Just as priests aren't etiteled to do what they wish, or cops, medics and politics. The only thing is that we as a fanbase can be more or less idiots and give them as much privacy as we can, but since they're a part or our lives we can't give them all...

celebrities are entitled to privacy, but some people just cross the line. there is so much that tabloids, magazines, tv, etc. spread about celebs that no one even cares about. then there's people like the paparazzi who make it their life to ruin other's. i highly doubt that you would like people sneaking around in the bushes outside your house, following your car, following your every move and taking pictures of you to make money on at your expence.

Legally, yes... but morally? Absolutely not... famous people have the moral right to privacy. Unfoprtunately though, morals and good ol' fashioned common sense doesn't belong in the court room. :(
