ummm perhaps but it the plot thickens a little....on their interview and acoustic performance in canada recently flip stated after being asked if he could have diner with stapp. "ummmm pause umm sure i could". interviewer asks next year. "ah yeah sure maybe 2026." it didn't sound very convincing at all. also said something like "i wouldn't say the circumstances were bad, but also not very good. we said our final goodbyes and wished eachother well, but we have being incredibly busy since janurary the 2nd since myles came down and its honestly not something we've thought too much about. perhaps it something we should do down the track". this is not word for word but its close enough.

Stapp comments were not derogatory comments he was asked a direct question and answered it directly. You are taking his comments out of content he also in the interview took responsilbty for his mistakes. As I see he had no choice AB decided to be straight forward in there interviews and state things about Stapp airing his dirty laundry. So he had no choice but to break his silence and be honest and tell his version. Come on let's face it is truth to both sides of the story and Stapp admitted to alot of what AB said. Personally I think the truth is Stapp and the former members of Creed were going in different directions as artists and as human beings. Stapp is going more toward his faith that is evident in the song Relearn Love and AB are focus on music and having a harder sound. You have to admit that AB came out with alot that didn't need to be said when the first announcement of the break up happen Stapp made a general comment unlike AB on Mtv. Stapp remain silent and then told his version but also he has to defend himself.

Creedsister and musiclover thank you for your respones to cindywhoever - I had to bite my lip when I read that last night. We've all seen how AB and Scott Stapp have been respresenting themselves with the break-up. The interviews speak for themselves.

The way I understand Scott's words about Brian was that Marshall probably had some serious psychic problems because of all the pressure... and maybe even considered suicide... that's the way I took it. I disagree that Stapp comments about Brian were negative. However, I do agree with you they all have to watch what they say because of lawsuits that is why I think we will never know the entire truth from both sides I think we are only hearing versions of what went down from Stapp and AB. I loved Creed and maybe they will get back together one who can guess but for the present time from comments made by both Mark and Stapp Creed was like a monster killing them so for all I think it is blessing they broke up it was alot greed around Creed and that is not uncommon when a band gets as big as Creed got.

About this interview. It seems kinda fishy how it comes out right after the cd is released and AB starts to rise. I don't know a lot of this makes sense, but it all still sounds fishy.

Stapp did the interview with conjunction of his promotion for his single "Relearn Love" that is going to be released August 31st

Relearn Love was officially released on August 10th. It is the first single off a POTC cd, which is being released on August 31st.
