Hey Everyone!
I am need all of you to pray,if you would:) We got an offer on the house today but it is lower than we want to except because we need to make so much from the sale to cover the amout of the refinance. So my sister made a counter-offer. Please pray that he will except the counter-offer,or that we will find someone else to make an offer here soon.

Well,heres an update! The guy that made the offer on the house decided to be a buttfungus and would only offer $80,000 on the house,when we need atleast $89,000 to break even and get a little bit ahead. So my sister pretty much told him to get lost.

So,back to square 1 now.(sigh)

Oh Girl I know that Square :) like i said we will keep praying for that old house like bial, said things could change over night in a instant, :) haaaaaaa but most the times they dont, so you just gotta hang in there,
